Natural Therapies

What are they?

'Natural therapy' describes a group of modalities, therapies and approaches to health, healing and wellness that are not considered part of conventional, evidence-based (Western) medicine.  

They often compliment the Western methods of medicine, and yet they are a different category.  

Some of these natural therapies are:  

  • life coaching
  • aromatherapy (essential oils) 
  • emotional release
  • feng shui
  • hypnosis
  • NLP
  • yoga
  • reiki
  • etc...


Many of you are already including some of these methods into your wellness plan to enjoy a life that is balanced.

Through the next few weeks, I'll choose one modality and provide information on what it is, how it works, and the benefits... fun, eh?😉
