Life Coaching

A life coach does for the rest of your life what a personal trainer does for your health and fitness.

What is it?   Life coaching is designed to meet you where you are right now. We begin by discussing what is working in your life and what is not working in your life.

The focus is assisting you define the life you wish to live.  How that is different from where and what you have currently?  Together we create a plan that will bridge the gap between these two aspects and guide you into the life you desire.   Many areas of life are addressed:  relationships, career, body image, sense of self, finances, family/children, friends and mentors etc…  

How it works.  Through these one-on-one sessions, you are taken through a series of skills, tools and exercises designed to focus on your greatness needs and begin to shift you to the life you desire.

Benefits. Learning to respond to life, rather than reacting to life. Learning to trust that life is showing up ‘for you’, not against you.

This is done by dealing with 3 main areas:

  • Mindset – the brain doesn’t know what is real and what is not real, it only knows what we tell it – tell the brain a new story that aligns with the life you desire.
  • Confidence – you are worthy of your dreams and desires!  Worth, value, self-esteem play a part in creating the life you wish to live.
  • Empowerment and Personal Responsibility – you and only you can change your life.  

These shifts in perspective, when integrated, make transformation inevitable.
